Study circles

The Baha’is offer a spiritual curriculum for adults as well. These are studied in all the regions of this planet. In America we have 8 wonderful books at this time, with more to come. The first is an introduction to the teachings of the Bahá’í Faith called Reflections in the Life of the Spirit.

Each book teaches you at least one technique and/or skill; and these skills build on each other in a coherent and progressive way. For example, the practice of the course called 'Prayer' in Book 1 is that you visit at least two friends and study a prayer with them. This simple act allows you to begin to acquire a number of techniques/skills: for example, how to approach others to share spiritual matters; and how to actually study a prayer together.
